Lukes Sodding & Landscaping, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Bob Lukes. Since our founding, the company has now involved 3 generations with a total combined experience of over 75 years.
As a company, we have earned the reputation of high quality and professional workmanship, products and services for our commercial, home builders, subcontractor and municipality clientele in the Southern Twin Cities area.

In 1992, Lukes Sodding & Landscaping was the first in the Twin Cities area to install Big Roll Sod. Big Rolls are now the preferred method of sod installation because of the many benefits it offers. These benefits, combined with the quality of our sod, will satisfy even the most discriminating customers.
Over the years, in our quest to continually improve our quality, we have developed our own equipment for preparation of the soil prior to the sod installation. Proper soil preparation plays a large part in the entire process of properly establishing a healthy new lawn.
